SAP and EPCs

The Celotex Technical Centre can provide you with all your SAP Calculations, and Energy Performance Certificate requirements.

In addition to producing your SAP Calculations and Predictive Energy Assessment (PEA) report, our accredited on-construction energy assessors are able to provide you with your Energy Performance Certificate along with a Recommendation Report offering advice and suggestions on how to further improve energy efficiency.

With prices starting from as little as £49, this convenient and efficient service will help satisfy all your SAP and EPC requirements. Simply download our questionnaire, fill it in and send it in to us. We will do the rest.

Price guide:

1. SAP and EPC (below 150m²): £99 plus VAT
2. SAP and EPC (between 150 - 400m²): £149 plus VAT
3. SAP and EPC (400+m²): Price on application
4. Multiple Dwellings of Same Type (applicable for options 1 and 2): £69 plus VAT
5. EPC only: £49 plus VAT
6. Amendments and modifications: £49

Payment methods:

Payments can be made in the form of credit card or cheque.

• If paying by Credit Card, one of our team will contact you for card details once Celotex is in receipt of the completed form(s).
• If paying by Cheque, please enclose the Cheque (made payable to Celotex Ltd) with your form(s).
• VAT invoices will be posted to you.

Notes:

1. All fees include registration cost for the EPC on the national register.
2. EPCs will only be issued where the specified Celotex materials, as defined in SAP Calculation, have been used.
3. Celotex does not offer an EPC service where Celotex PIR rigid insulation board has not been used.
