Celotex FR4000 is our brand new revolutionary fire resistant PIR insulation board targeted specifically at pitched roof and wall applications. FR4000 is the most cost effective thermally efficient product offering Class O fire performance throughout the product – not just the foam core!

FR4000 comprises a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core with low emissivity, textured aluminium foil facings on both sides. FR4000 has zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).

With Celotex FR4000 you are specifying an insulation board that:

• Has a lower thermal conductivity value (0.022W/mK) providing enhanced thermal performance against standard PIR insulation boards
• Has consistent thermal performance across the entire range of product thicknesses, offering easier specification aid
• Has the best fire performance of any PIR insulation board. FR4000 is Class O rated in accordance with BS 476 throughout the entire product
• Is suitable for a range of applications
• Is non-corrosive and non friable for easier working and handling

Applications
Celotex FR4000 is specifically targeted at pitched roof and wall applications but is also suitable for other applications where improved fire performance is a requirement.
