Celotex FR4000

Celotex FR4000 is our premium performance PIR solution. Through ongoing product innovation and breakthrough design, FR4000 represents pioneering advancement within the PIR industry, uniquely offering superior performance in terms of combined thermal efficiency, sustainability and fire performance.

With low emissivity textured aluminium foil facings, FR4000 is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using blowing agents that have low global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).

With FR4000, you are specifying an insulation board that:

• Has a consistent thermal conductivity value of 0.022W/mK
• Provides enhanced thermal performance over other typical PIR solutions
• Is ‘A’ rated within the 2008 Green Guide
• Is low GWP and zero ODP rated
• Has the best fire performance of any PIR insulation board, with Class O performance throughout the entire product.
• Is available in thicknesses from 25mm-200mm offering the thinnest to the thickest PIR Class O solution
• Comes in a standard board size of 1200mm x 2400mm
• Features low emissivity textured aluminium foil facings for improved thermal performance within cavity air-spaces

Celotex CG4000

Celotex CG4000 shares the key product characteristics and high performance properties of FR4000, but is specifically targeted at partial-fill cavity wall applications.

CG4000 is:

• Available in a range of thicknesses from 40mm-100mm
• Is manufactured in a board size of 1200mm x 450mm  
• Is specifically designed for use within partial-fill cavity wall applications
