Celotex EL3000

Purpose designed for use in built-up flat roofing applications - including hot-applied bituminous and mastic asphalt waterproofing systems and fully adhered single-ply membranes - EL3000 provides a quick and easy method of achieving effective thermal insulation in flat roofing structures.

With coated glass tissue facings, EL3000 is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming impact.

With Celotex EL3000, you are specifying insulation board that:

• Is designed for use in a variety of flat roof systems 
• Achieves U-values with minimum thickness 
• Is strong and durable 
• Is rot proof 
• Is dimensionally stable and unaffected by temperature cycles 
• Is easy to cut and shape 
• Requires minimum number of fixings 
• Comes in a range of thicknesses from 50 up to 200mm thick
• Is available in two different lengths: 600mm and 2400mm (EL3050, EL3080 and EL3110 available in 600mm length only)

Applications

The facers are suitable for bonding in the following flat roofing applications:

Perforated facer

• Mastic asphalt 
• Bituminous built-up roofing systems;

Unperforated facer

• Single-ply, fully adhered flat roof systems 
• Self-adhesive membranes 
• Liquid-applied membranes;
