Celotex CG4000 is our brand new revolutionary fire resistant PIR insulation board specifically targeted at partial fill cavity wall applications. CG4000 is the most cost effective thermally efficient insulation product offering Class O fire performance throughout the product – not just the foam core!

CG4000 comprises a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core with low emissivity, textured aluminium foil facings on both sides. CG4000 has zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).

With Celotex CG4000 you are specifying an insulation board that:

• Has a lower thermal conductivity value (0.022W/mK) providing enhanced thermal performance against standard PIR insulation boards
• Has consistent thermal performance across the entire range of product thicknesses, offering easier specification aid
• Has the best fire performance of any PIR insulation board. CG4000 is Class O rated in accordance with BS 476 throughout the entire product
• Is specifically targeted at cavity wall applications
• Is non-corrosive and non-friable for easier working and handling
