From London, the M25
•    Leave the M25 at junction 28 and join the A12 towards Chelmsford, Colchester and Ipswich.
•    Continue past Chelmsford and Colchester, and continue on the A12 towards Ipswich.
•    Leave the A12 and join the B1070 towards Hadleigh.
•    Continue into Hadleigh, then turn right onto Angel street, B1070.
•    Continue onto Lady Lane, then turn left into Lady Lane Industrial Estate.
•    Alternatively, continue on the B1070 through Hadleigh, then turn right onto A1071 (Hadleigh By-pass), then turn right into lady Lane Industrial Estate (see insert).

From Norwich
•    Follow the A140 southbound towards Ipswich, then leave the A140 to join the A14 towards Ipswich.
•    Leave the A14 at the junction with the A12, turning north towards Ipswich.
•    Continue past Supermarket, then at next Traffic Lights, turn left onto A1071 to Hadleigh.
•    At Hadleigh, either turn left onto B1070, Lady Lane and immediately turn right into Lady Lane Industrial Estate, or continue on the A1071 and take the next turning on the left-hand side into Lady Lane Industrial Estate (see insert).

From Cambridge
•    Leave Cambridge via the A14, following signs towards Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich.
•    Leave the A14 at the junction with the A12, turning north towards Ipswich.
•    Continue past supermarket, then at next Traffic Lights, turn left onto A1071 to Hadleigh.
•    At Hadleigh, either turn left onto B1070, Lady Lane and immediately turn right into Lady Lane Industrial Estate, or continue on the A1071 and take the next turning on the left-hand side into Lady Lane Industrial Estate (see insert).
