At Celotex, we have been supplying thermal insulation products to the construction industry since 1925. Our newly expanded product range provides tailored thermal insulation solutions that fully meet the requirements of current legislation as well as the demands of both building owners and occupants.

We currently have a vacancy for an Area Sales Manager to join our Sales team to cover London, Surrey, Kent and East and West Sussex.

You will be responsible for selling insulation products to our network of distributors, contractors, and builder merchants, building excellent long term customer relationships with them and major house builders in the industry. In addition, in the long term, you will get involved in complaint handling and making presentations to architects etc.

You will enjoy working on your own initiative and be self motivated, enthusiastic and not afraid to work on your own to develop your territory. You will also have good relationship building, organisational and planning skills, and will be fully IT literate with Microsoft Office and database experience.

We are currently seeking a Gatekeeper to join our Security team.

You will be responsible for the security of the site during shift hours including the recording of all visitors, contractors and transport entering and leaving the Company premises. In addition, you will be responsible for distributing supplies and materials to offices/plant as required.

You must have a conscientious and responsible approach to your work and preferably have previous experience of similar work in a factory environment.

You must have written and numeric skills in order to deal effectively with paperwork and good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of staff and visitors on site. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate an awareness of safety requirements and understand the importance of good housekeeping.
