We currently have a vacancy for a day based Engineering Manager to join our Operations Team at a critical and exciting stage in the Company's growth.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 7 Engineers as well as responsibility for ensuring our engineering and planned maintenance plan schedules are met whilst ensuring all production machinery and site facilities are operational at all times taking into account quality, housekeeping and safety standards.

You must have proven multi-skilled engineering qualifications preferably to degree level as well as proven man management experience in a fast moving continuous industrial manufacturing environment [preferably in chemical or food processing or an engineering led industry] and be familiar with introducing and ensuring PPM, TPM and process improvements whilst having the desire and ability to drive forward improvements in OEE to ensure we continually manufacture quality products.

You will possess strong motivational leadership, teamwork and decision making skills in order to lead, drive and monitor KPIs. The ability to liaise with and work effectively with all departments throughout the Company is essential. You will be able to think on your feet and have the ability to make decisions effectively in a demanding environment and to take responsibility for your actions.
